"Jenny was amazing! This was the highlight of my trip to Vietnam so far. Her and her colleagues speak very good English, and are a joy to hang out with. I was the only one in the class that day. Jenny taught me how to make bun bo hue, bahn xeo, pho rolls, green mango salad and kem bo (avacado ice cream). The trip to the local market was fun and I was able to try a fruit called longan which ended up being my favorite snack fruit! She happily accommodated my dietary restrictions of no pork or dairy as well. We had a lot of leftovers as it was just me. They offered for me to take the leftover food but I was going to the beach afterwards and couldn't. Jenny reassured me that it would not go to waste which I greatly appreciated 🙏🏻 Highly recommend this class to anyone interested in learning how to cook authentic Vietnamese cuisine!"
